Withdrawal:
The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the
product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by Legislative Decree Z1-891/2013),
returning the goods to their original condition , with all of its components, accompanying forms and
packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted, only if the customer has first
paid any amount incurred by the company for sending the product to him and the cost of returning
the product.

Order cancellation:
Cancellation of the order is possible in the following cases:
Before the order is complete, during the online process of your order you can press the "Previous
Step" button at any time to return to the previous step of the process.
If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can contact
the Customer Service Department for online purchases by phone: 2106624691 (city charge) or by e-
mail at info@kogkinos.gr and one of our associates will handle the cancellation of your order.
In case of payment by credit card or debit card, cash is not refunded but the refund is made to your
credit/debit card. In the case of payment by deposit, you will need to send us a bank account in the
name of the order in order to proceed with the credit.
